I have really fallen in love with their produce and the people at this little jewel of a farm in the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania. The farm is called — Subarashi Kudamono @subarashiikudamono and they harvest the most amazing Asian pears, but they also have the most interesting and completely delicious Asian pear products too. My personal fave is their Asian pear spread— totally natural and only made from Asian pears. I put a dollop in my yogurt, or spread on toast, or simply eat with cheese. Their dried pears are perfect for snacking or using as a topping for desserts or in baking… and their vinegar is perfect to jazz up salads or marinades. It’s so fruity and fragrant. I love it!
